The Evolution of The pond 

The cameras were originally installed around the pond in order to see the animals that visited. But as the years passed, I realized that the cameras were also monitoring the water levels, and revealing the state of the ground water. 

This evolving grid reveals the vulnerability of the water, and the animals, birds, plants and all of us who depend on it. 

I have gradually realized that I have a complete archive that demonstrates the susceptibility of the water table to all the forces around me – severe drought some years, ongoing removal of water for cultivation by local farmers, and other forces controlled by local government policies. My research is ongoing and constantly open to discovery.
